A. SHIPPING COSTS & DELIVERY

Shipping costs Germany:

Standard shipping with DHL / Post (we also deliver to Packstation or post office).
For shipping within the mainland we charge a flat rate of 4,50 €.
For shipping to German islands we charge an island surcharge
in the amount of €8.90.
From an order value of 35,- Euro we deliver free of charge on the mainland.
The delivery time is 3-7 working days.
Pick up at the tea warehouse in Baden-Baden shipping costs 0,00 €

 

Shipping costs abroud:

We send your order with DHL as a package.
The shipping costs for the following EU countries are 13,80 €
and from a value of goods from 50 euros still 9.95 € and from 100 euros free shipping.
For other countries outside the EU, the shipping costs depend on the weight of the order and the country of transport. With DHL's international shipment tracking service, you can follow the progress of your shipment online.


We kindly ask you to send us payments from abroad free of charge in advance.

EU-countries are:

Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Great Britain, Ireland, Ireland, United Kingdom, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Tachechien, Hungary, Cyprus.

Non-EU-countries:

For countries outside the EU the shipping costs depend on the weight of the order and the country of transport. DHL's international shipment tracking allows you to track the progress of your shipment online.

Payments from abroad should be sent to us free of charge in advance.
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs for customs duties, taxes and fees may be incurred in individual cases, which we cannot influence and which we do not charge. For example, costs of transferring money by credit institutions (for example, transfer fees, exchange rate charges) or import duties or taxes (for example, customs duties). When shipping to Switzerland, the German VAT will be charged. A refund of the VAT is not possible!

Shipping to other countries on request!

Shipping:

We dispatch your order comfortably and uncomplicatedly with the package service DHL / German post office. Gladly also to Packstation or to a post office branch.
Within Germany you receive your order in 3 to 7 working days after the order or after receipt of payment with bank transfer / prepayment.
As soon as your parcel leaves our house, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking code. With this you can track the delivery online and if necessary change the delivery location or day. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for DHL to activate shipment tracking.

B. PAYMENT INFORMATION

I: NATIONAL SHIPMENTS.

For deliveries within Germany, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:

II. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS.

For deliveries abroad, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:

III. DETAILED INFORMATION ABOUT THE SINGLE PAYMENT POSSIBILITIES.


1. bank transfer / prepayment

Transfer the invoice amount conveniently to our bank account, stating the purpose of payment. We will inform you of our bank details and the purpose of the transfer separately by e-mail during the order process.

2. cash payment at collection

You collect the goods from us yourself and pay in cash on the spot. We will first inform you by email that the goods you ordered are ready for collection. After receiving this email, you can collect the goods by appointment at the following address:

In this case no shipping costs will be charged.


3. payment via PayPal

Only a few steps to payment:
1. choose "PayPal" as payment method at the checkout.
2. to process the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
3. if you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user data and initiate the payment.
If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. For the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal and purchase on account via PayPal, the creation of a PayPal account is not necessary.
