From Ceylon (Sri Lanka) comes the CEYLON WHITE SAPPHIRE ORGANIC BIO. It is a white tea, although Ceylon is known worldwide for its black teas. The slightly oxidized silvery-blue leaves of this white Ceylon already suggest optically a top tea. The taste of the CEYLON WHITE SAPPHIRE ORGANIC BIO is reminiscent of delicate citrus fruits. The bright cup completes the overall impression moodily. We are convinced that this brilliant-light variation is in no way inferior to its noble "dark" relatives.
