A semi-fermented premium oolong is the NEPAL 1ST FLUSH JUN CHIYABARI (HIMALAYAN FORBIDDEN KINGDOM) ORGANIC. High above the heights of the Himalayas, at over 1,835 meters above sea level, is the small tea plantation Jun Chiyabari. A family-run tea garden with organic certification. On these ridges of the Nepalese Himalaya mountains the tea leaves grow very slowly. As a result, they form a particularly intense, chocolate-like aroma, which fits very well with its fine-tart note. The leaves of this Oolong tea are twisted with fine white tips and are covered with a soft white fluff.
