The Rooibos or Rooibos tea is obtained from the plant of the same name. For this purpose, only the thin shoots of the rod-like red-bush branches are peeled. The quality of the final product can be recognized by its color: The stronger the red light, the higher the quality of the tea.
Our Rooibos impresses with long needles and elegant ruby ​​red. Enjoy it pure, with its sweet, mild aromas or as a base tea in many refined mixtures. Rooibos tea is decaffeinated and is therefore particularly suitable for children or during pregnancy.
The preparation is uncomplicated: We recommend a brewing time of 7 to 10 minutes. Due to its low tannin content this tea retains its typical sweetness even with a longer brewing time.
